Presumed duties include:*Serving To serve as a member of the [[Council of the Noble Company]]; * To preside at meetings of the Noble Company in the absence or incapacity of the ''Magister Rosae'' when the MR is absent or incapacitated; *Succeeding To succeed to the office of ''Magister Rosae'' when the incumbent leaves office before his successor is elected; *Calling To call, at need , a special meeting of the Council to consider removing the ''Magister Rose'' from membership and office for "conduct contrary to the interests of the Noble Company and/or injurious to its reputation"; and * To perform such other functions and tasks as the ''Magister Rosae'' may request.
