*Overseeing the financial affairs of the Order*Overseeing the office of [[Eagle Assistant Receiver General]]*Proposing an annual budget to the Council (when possible), or to the Finance Committeewith the concurrence of the Chief of the Order
Note: The office of Eagle Assistant Receiver General is normally filled by the [[Assistant Treasurer]].
