The Augustan Society, Inc., in order to publish reviews in ''The [[Augustan Omnibus]]'', must needs someone to edit same. The '''Omnibus Reviews Editor ''' is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the [[Omnibus Editor]]. He is responsible for selecting books, periodicals, and software to be reviewed, and for assigning each to a reviewer.
The primary function of this office is to manage the generation of reviews and supervise the reviewers. While he may write reviews himself, that should not be permitted to interfere with his primary duty to solicit, assign, and supervise others in this activity.
