These duties to include selecting the arms to be included, obtaining blazon translations with support from the [[Heraldry Committee]], obtaining new emblazonments through the [[Heraldry Committee]], and colorizing black & white drawings either himself or with the aid of such volunteers as he may choose to appoint.
Priorities The [[Board] or Editor-in-Chief may issue priorities for which arms will are to be given to him, he is responsible priority for following those prioritiespublication. When choices need be made within the boundaries of those given priorities, he has final say.
He will work with the [[Production Editor]] to create the files needed to print the Rolls. He will not be responsible for printing, binding, marketing, or distribution, though he is expected to support those functions.
