Consuls will create a [[Certificate of Award]], signed electronically by the [[President]] and [[Secretary]], affix the [[Corporate Seal]], and send to the recipient with the above letter.
If the honoree attends the [[Annual Convention]] in the year of any of his awards, the insignia will be given to them gratis (but only once). Otherwise, they may purchase the insignia.
