PreviouslyBetween 2007 and 2016, this was also the time for presentation of the annual [[State of the Society]] address from a [[Consuls|Consul]]. (This has sometimes been delayed to the following Board meeting when subject matter was sensitive.) This was discontinued with the termination Though previously presented by one of the office [[Consuls]], it is now the responsibility of Consul with the 2016 address being the last[[President]] or [[Chairman]].
Should a quorum be obtained, additional actions possible are limited to:
* Actions referred to the Annual Meeting by the [[Board]];
* Proposing actions for [[Board]] consideration;
* Resolutions of thanks or commendation; and
* Resolutions to the Board, imploring their action.
