In order to prepare plans for the future of The Augustan Society, Inc., the [[Board]] created a '''Planning Committee''' with the specific assignment to develop a rolling [[Five-Year Plan]].
The Committee completed its work, and the resulting plan was approved by the Board without study or comment. This Plan was published in this Wiki under [[Five-Year Plan]](since subject to editing).
The Planning Committee was then disbanded, and responsibility for maintenance of the Five-Year Plan was delegated to the [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]].
Should the Order of the Augustan Eagle be unable to muster a quorum at meetings of the [[Eagle Council]], responsibility for maintenance of the plan would revert to the [[Board]].
