=Definition of Awards=
If the honoree attends the [[Convention]] in the year of his award, the insignia will be given to them gratis. Otherwise, they may purchase the insignia.
The insignia is a lapel pin, oval, Or gutté de sang, an eagle displayed Sable: [[image:fas-hc.gif|thumb50px]]
It is expected that honorees will be recognized on a permanent plaque to be hung at Headquarters once such a public facility is had.
