This person, who is the society president, is responsible for the following:
calling the meetings of the order and setting a schedule for these meetings,appointing council officers from among the oae membership,
creating a budget should the receiver general not be able to, or the position is vacant
and other responsibilities, as the need arises for the maintenance of the order
