#*Serving as ''Magister Rosae'' when the MR is absent or incapacitated#*Succeeding to the office of ''Magister Rosae'' when the incumbent leaves office before his successor is elected#*Calling at need a special meeting of the Council to consider removing the ''Magister Rose'' from membership and office for "conduct contrary to the interests of the Noble Company and/or injurious to its reputation".
