#Receiving and disbursing funds on behalf of the Society;
#Preparing Assisting the Treasurer in the preparation of such financial reports as the Board may ask of request or the Treasurer;#Presenting such reports at meetings of the Board, the [[Annual Membership Meeting]], and such [[Sub-Groups|sub-groups]] as may request itdeems needful;
#Keeping financial records for the Society and its Sub-Groups;
#Maintaining, in cooperation with the [[Assistant Secretary]], the current membership [[Roster|roster]]; and
