The [[Advertising Manager]], who sells ads and provides copy directly to the [[Omnibus Editor]]. When a working [[Fundraising Committee]] exists, this officer should be attached to and a member of that committee. The Advertising Manager is appointed by, reports to, and serves at the pleasure of the Editor-in-Chief.
The [[Omnibus Editor]], will assemble each issue from the articles and other items submitted, prints, and mails each issue (in cooperation with [[Headquarters Staff]]). Surplus copies will be shipped to [[Headquarters]] for later sale. Note that the [[Production Editor]] will not be involved in printing or distribution of the [[''Omnibus]]''.
