The multiplier between Fellowship ranks beyond FAS/1 is set to 2. The values of the first two variables are to be adjusted monthly by an amount of approximately 1%. Such adjustments may be up or down. No one will be awarded Fellowship or a promotion due to changes the the point values; such election or promotion must wait until their next contribution.
