Policies are adopted by the [[Board|Board of Directors]] by motion or resolution, and thus are all included in the [[Minutes]]. What follows is a summary of those policies adopted between January 2013 June 2011 and December 2014May 2015, inclusive.

1303C1209A: [[FellowshipAnnual Convention]] — The point value required for election to Fellowship is set at 1000 points. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks Society conventions shall be set at 2. Both values (and the point values for each category) will be reviewed held annually. 13061906: [[Fellowship]] Committee Membership— Fellowship honoris causa All committee members must be considered by members of The Augustan Society. Termination of membership in committees is automatic when membership in the Board whenever Society is terminated, for any reason. Previously, a number of "non-Augustan has earned 2000 pointsmember consultants" were appointed. These may continue to serve in their present roles, provided that the majority of all Committees be Society members at all times. No new "non-member consultants" will be appointed. 1309A2303: [[HeadquartersFellowship]] — The Society shall endeavor point value required for election to Fellowship is set at a value designed to permit half of all members to qualify for Fellowship. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks from FAS/5 to FAS/1 is set at a value designed to permit half of all members to qualify for Fellowship, first class. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks beyond FAS/1 is set to 2. The values of the first two variables are to rent office space as can be afforded with adjusted monthly by an amount of approximately 1%. Such adjustments may be up or down. 1404C2209: Late Renewal Fee [[Fellowship]] Points— The late fee point value for membership renewals received after articles published in the [[Augustan Omnibus]] or books published deadline is abolishedby the Society (not including editing) shall be 250 points per page. 14032107: Postnominals in Public Communications [[Fellowship]] Points— Public communications may use only honorifics that are currently recognized by The point value for recruiting new members shall be 10% of the Society, but private communications could continue to employ all honorifics previously recognized points earned by such recruits for the Society that have not been specifically revokedduration of their membership. 1209C: Postnominals of [[Lineage Groups]]—The charters of the lineage groups — SDLKJ, SDI, SDS, SDC, and SDE — are amended to delete the privilege of postnominals presently associated with membership. (September 2012, item XVII) 1210C: Postnominals of Membership—Effective 20 October 2012, the postnominals MAS will no longer be used by the Society, and will no longer be one of the benefits of membership. (October 2012 item XIV) 1403: Postnominals in Public Communications—Public communications may use only honorifics that are currently recognized by the Society, but private communications could continue to employ all honorifics previously recognized by the Society that have not been specifically revoked. (March 2014, item XXIII) 1407: Program Priorities—Responsibility for setting Program Priorities not specified by the Board are assigned to [[Headquarters Staff]]. These priorities are used to determine how Staff should allocate their time and budgets. (July 2014, item XV) 2303A: Proxies—Proxies for meetings of the [[Board]] may be submitted in writing, delivered to [[Headquarters]] (when open) or to the [[Secretary]], not later than 24 hours before the start of each meeting. A copy of same to be delivered to the [[Directors|Director]] who is to carry the proxy by the same date and time. 2303B: Proxies—Proxies for meetings of the [[Board] may be submitted electronically, delivered to [[Headquarters]] with a copy to the [[Directors|Director]] who is to carry the proxy not later than 24 hours before the start of each meeting. [[HQ Staff]] may take steps to confirm the validity of proxies at their discretion. 1110: Reimbursement Procedure:—The minimum amount reimbursed is $10; lesser amounts are held as a credit.
