Policies are adopted by the [[Board|Board of Directors]] by motion or resolution, and thus are all included in the [[Minutes]]. What follows is a summary of those policies adopted between November 2012 June 2011 and December 2014May 2015, inclusive.

1303C1209A: [[FellowshipAnnual Convention]] — The point value required for election to Fellowship is set at 1000 points. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks Society conventions shall be set at 2. Both values (and the point values for each category) will be reviewed held annually. Termination of membership in committees is automatic when membership in the Board whenever Society is terminated, for any reason. 1404C2209: Late Renewal Fee [[Fellowship]] Points— The late fee point value for membership renewals received after articles published in the [[Augustan Omnibus]] or books published deadline is abolishedby the Society (not including editing) shall be 250 points per page. While our positions are always based on thorough examination of solid evidence, we also deem academic reserve to postnominals MAS will no longer be an important reflection of our espoused scholarly approach. The Augustan used by the Society, in this regard, stands ready to recognize honors granted by pretenders with historically, genealogically, and legally credible claims to being will no longer be one of the ''fons honorum'' or Grandmaster benefits of a Dynastic Ordermembership.
