Policies are adopted by the [[Board|Board of Directors]] by motion or resolution, and thus are all included in the [[Minutes]]. What follows is a summary of those policies adopted between October 2012 June 2011 and December 2014May 2015, inclusive.

1209A: [[ConventionsAnnual Convention]] — Society conventions shall be held annually. (September 2012, item X)

1303C1206B: [[FellowshipAudit Committee]] — The point value required for election to Fellowship is set at 1000 points. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks be set at 2. Both values (Created and the point values charged with selecting an auditor for each category) will be reviewed annually. 1308A1401B: ''[[FellowshipAugustæum]] '' Reports— The point value for articles published in the Each [[OmnibusDirectors|Director]] shall be 250 points, [[Committee Chairmen|Committee Chairman, Project Head, and Dean]] is required to submit a report of 100 to 500 words to the Editor of Augustæum for publication at least once per year. 1308B1312A: [[FellowshipAwards]] — The point value Balling Award will be granted to one individual each year for recruiting new members shall having made the greatest contribution to the Society in the previous year. 1304B1906: [[Fellowship]] Committee Membership— Members may All committee members must be elected or promoted members of The Augustan Society. Termination of membership in committees is automatic when membership in the Society is terminated, for any reason. Previously, a number of "non-member consultants" were appointed. These may continue to serve in their present roles, provided that the Fellowship rank deserved majority of all Committees be Society members at any monthly Board meetingall times. No new "non-member consultants" will be appointed. (April 2013June 2019, item XIIXXII)

13061207C: [[Fellowship]] Committee Membership— Fellowship ''honoris causa'' be considered by XIX. 1404B2012: [[FellowshipConflict of Interest Policy]] Points — The number of points required for an award of Fellowship, Fifth Class, is increased from 1000 to 1100 points; the points required for all other ranks being increased in proportion. 13011112: Financial Reserves [[Directors Emeritus]]— That 75% of annual budgeted expenses be set Adopted "as the target value of the General Fund’s liquid accounts, and the balance of annual expenses be held in accounts that could be liquidated within a week. 14112303: [[Five-Year PlanFellowship]] — Adopted and published on The point value required for election to Fellowship is set at a value designed to permit half of all members to qualify for Fellowship. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks from FAS/5 to FAS/1 is set at a value designed to permit half of all members to qualify for Fellowship, first class. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks beyond FAS/1 is set to 2. The values of the Wikifirst two variables are to be adjusted monthly by an amount of approximately 1%. Future changes Such adjustments may be up or down. 1404A1111A: Identification in Communications [[Fellowship]] Points— Public communications must include the officer’s full nameThe point value for financial contributions, the relevant title of the officerincluding donations-in-kind, and the words “The Augustan Society, Inc.” in paper letterhead or email signatureshall be one point per dollar. 1304A2203: [[InsigniaFellowship]] Points— Protocol The point value for wearing Society insignia adoptedvolunteer time shall be 5 points per hour. (April 2013March 2022, item VXX)

1209D2209: [[InsigniaFellowship]] of Points—The point value for articles published in the [[Lineage GroupsAugustan Omnibus]] — The lineage groups — SDLKJ, ODI, ODS, OC, and OCC — are no longer accorded breast badges, and mention of them is removed from their charters. Stock on hand may or books published by the Society (not including editing) shall be issued only to eligible Augustan members in good standing250 points per page. 1404D2107: [[Investment FundFellowship]] Withdrawals Points— Consuls are authorized to withdraw up to $500 per month from The point value for recruiting new members shall be 10% of the Investment Fund to ensure points earned by such recruits for the fluidity duration of the [[General Fund]]their membership. 1404C1501: Late Renewal Fee [[Fellowship]]— The late fee for membership renewals received after former Policy that an exception be made to the published deadline point system on each occasion when a year has passed without a senior promotion (above FAS/1) to reward the member most deserving is abolishedrepealed. 14101209G: [[SponsorshipLineage Groups]] — [[Fellowship|Fellows]] Anyone who is a member of the Society who find themselves under financial hardship a lineage group in one class may, on application, have their annual dues waived, subject to budgetary limits. This will cover only dues, with a paid (discounted) subscription to the journal continuing to be add one or more classes at an entry fee 50% of what is requiredfor initial membership.
