The multiplier between Fellowship ranks from FAS/5 to FAS/1 is set at a value designed to permit half of all members to qualify for Fellowship, first class. The multiplier between Fellowship ranks beyond FAS/1 is set to 2. The values of the first two variables are to be adjusted monthly by an amount of approximately 1%. Such adjustments may be elected up or promoted down. No one will be awarded Fellowship or a promotion due to changes the Fellowship rank deserved the point values; such election or promotion must wait until their next contribution.
