Section 10.03. Certification and Inspection. The original, or a copy, of the By-Laws as amended or otherwise altered to date, certified by the Secretary of the corporation, shall be recorded and kept in a book which shall be kept in the principal office of the corporation, and such book shall be open to inspection by the Members at all reasonable times during office hours.
