* Recognition of membership and rank in Orders of Chivalry*
* Recognition of royal or noble titles*
* Recognition of loyalty (50multiples of 10-year membership)
* Acceptance of lineages*
* Resolutions of thanks or commendation
While the design of certificates may vary, all must include the following elements:
* The arms of the Society or * The arms of the relevent sub-group, if any
* The full name of the Society
* The name of any relevant sub-group of the Society
* The signatures of the responsible officers
* When reflecting [[Board]] actions, the signature of the [[Secretary]]
* The embossed seal of the Society
Note: Signatures may be applied electronically by [[Headquarters Staff]] with the permission of the signers, provided a copy of each such applied signature is sent to the signer.
