Augustan Society Members who are members of a [[Recognition of Orders of Chivalry|Recognized Order of Chivalry]] may file a petition for the Society to recognize their rank and membership, which will permit the Society's use of the appropriate postnominals and other honorifics. There is normally a charge for such reviews.

Augustan Society Members who have been recognized as havign having Membership and Rank in an Order of Chivalry may request an update to their rank upon application to Headquarters. [[Headquarters Staff]], in consultation with the [[Chivalry Committee Chairman]] may grant recognition of such promotions without petition, fee, or certificate. An amended certificate of recognition will be created upon request and payment of the Certificate Fee.
