Under a ''[[Magister Rosae]]'' elected by its members and a [[Rose Council|council]] appointed by him, this subsidiary of Society is an international confraternity of knights and dames (plus a few esquires) dedicated to cordial relations between the Orders, and to maintenance of a [[Rose Chapel|chapel]] at Society [[Headquarters]] (at those times when a public Headquarters exists). The Noble Company is not an order of chivalry, nor should any claim to such be countenanced.
