<li>If your Committee wishes to meet via teleconference, [[Headquarters Staff]] will set this up. A week's notice is suggested, as that will permit adequate notice to your members (including the ex-officio members). There is no charge for teleconferencing other than individual's phone calls, and these can be reimbursed.</li>
