* Informing members of the activities of the society;
* Maintaining the web page on the society, which may be expanded in cooperation with the [[Assistant Webmaster for ENS]];
* Soliciting articles on the subjects of those who fought or lived in the Latin Kingdoms, descents from them, Orders which fought there, and the pilgrimages of members to the Holy Lands for the ''The [[Augustan Omnibus]]'';
* Advising the [[Librarian]] on the selection of books and other materials on these subjects;
* Serving on the [[Finance Committee]];
