This office is not otherwise documented, and there is no tradition of official appointments. Rather, the [[Assistant Secretary]] performs most such duties as a function of the that office of [[Eagle Administrator]]. Despite this, it would be quite possible for the Eagle Secretary General to eliminate this office by performing all duties himself, or for him to appoint someone else to this office.
