These offices are created each year by an act of the Board; they are not required in the By-Laws. It was tradition from has been practice since 2007 through 2017 that the first two offices were held by the two members of [[ConsulsHeadquarters Staff]], but with the upcoming termination of the office for reasons of Consuls, greater flexibility will be availablepracticality.
It is customary that the [[Secretary]] will nominate the Assistant Secretary and that the [[Treasurer]] will nominate the other two.
