Consuls will arrange to have the ballots counted by non-members in time for the results to be presented to the Board meeting next following the Annual Membership Meeting for confirmation.
Should there be no objection at the above Board meeting or at the meeting of the [[Council of the RoseCouncil]] or meeting in chapter next following, Consuls will destroy the ballots, retaining only the vote counts.
