The purpose of the First Peoples Study Group of The Augustan Society, Inc., is to explore the native cultures of the Americas. It is lead by the a [[First Peoples Coordinators|Coordinator]], who is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the [[Dean of Studies]].
In the past, this Study Group was quite active and sponsored the First Peoples collection in the [[Library]], the donation of artifacts and reproductions, and the occasional article for ''The [[Augustan Omnibus]]''.
