One of the primary subjects of interest to the members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is genealogy, and a significant subset of that topic, especially for American genealogists, is English French genealogy and immigration. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include a English an French Genealogy Study Group.
Presently inactive, this group was once a committee large enough to publish it's own magazine, ''The [[English French Genealogist]]''. The group It may be revived at the request of any Member in [[Good Standing]].
The first task of such a revived group would be to create a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
