The Genealogy Department and the Genealogy Committee of The Augustan Society, Inc., are headed by the Genealogy Committee Chairman. This person is responsible for do-ordinating the activities of the Genealogy Committeeand overseeing any subcommittees.

Procedures for lineage approval:
3. If data is verified, application is approved.
4. If verifiable data is not listed in original application, or not forthcoming after it is requested, application is denied and applicant advised to try again later with verifiable sources
