*To oversee the heraldic operations of the Society;
*To create and grant [[Society Arms and Logos]] to the various [[Sub-Groups]], Committees, Study Groups, and Officers of the Society;
*To assist members and non-members with the design and registration of armorial achievements (with registration duties passing to the Arms Registration Committee once payment is made);
*To answer heraldic research questions put to the Society (paid or unpaid, the latter limited to brief or easy questions);
