<li>To oversee the heraldic operations of the Society;</li>
<li>To create and grant [[Society Arms and Logos|Arms and Logos]] to the various [[Sub-Groups]], Committees, [[Study Groups]], and [[Officers]] of the Society as may find need of them;</li>
<li>To assist members and non-members with the design of armorial achievements, and with registering or obtaining grants from national agencies;</li>
