The Most heraldic activities of The Augustan Society, Inc., are under the direction of the '''Heraldry Committee'''. The Committee Chairman , styled "Justiciar General", is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the [[Justiciar GeneralPresident]]. The Committee Chairman Justiciar General appoints all other members of the Committee, with the [[President]], [[Justiciar General]], and [[Headquarters Staff]] as ex officio members.
An Heraldic Artist who is also a Vice-Justiciar may vote according to his status as a Vice-Justiciar.
