[[Heraldic artists Artists]] are considered Committee Support Staff, and are not members of the Committee for purposes of voting.
At present, the following programs are [[Study Groups]] or programs of the [[Communications|Communications Department]]. While it is recommended that their coordinators and editors be appointed to the Heraldry Committee, it is not required.
