<li>Appointing an [[Arms Chancellor]] to assist with tracking and record-keeping for arms registration, should he feel the need;</li>
<li>Appointing the members of the Heraldry Committee, including artists (volunteer), [[Vice-Justiciars]] for each heraldic jurisdiction, and such others other Members as he may see fit;</li>
<li>Arranging for contracts with paid heraldic artists when no suitable volunteers are available;</li>
<li>Assisting or delegating, when called upon with heraldic issues submitted by other committees;</li>
<li>Coordinating projects that fall under the scope of this committee;</li> <li>Assisting the [[Library Director]] in the selection of new publications and the weeding of old; and</li>
<li>Submitting an [[Annual Report]] to the [[Board]] (via the [[Assistant Secretary]]) each July.</li>
