The [[Library ]] collection of The Augustan Society, Inc., is documented in an electronic Online Public Access Catalog, or OPAC.
The OPAC is available to all from the web site: <[http://library.augustansociety.orglibrary.augustansociety.org]>. Any graphical web browser should be able to provide access; we are unaware of any which do not.
The software used is Koha <[http://koha-community.orgkoha-community.org]>, a free, open-source, community-supported software package that runs natively under Linux, and can be made to run under most versions of Windows and Mac OS-X or betterthrough virtualization.
The software and data are located on the Society's off-site server, presently hosted by RimuHosting <[http://rimuhosting.com/rimuhosting.com]>. At present, only books and some periodicals are being cataloged. Eventually, the list is expected to expand to include videos, brochures, maps, and clipping files.
