In order to spread the word of its existence and programs, The Augustan Society, Inc., has at times felt the need of a '''Marketing Committee'''. It was led by a [[Committee Chairmen|Chairman]] who was appointed by and served at the pleasure of the [[President]]. It was most recently disbanded in September 2022 and its duties assigned to the [[Membership Committee]].
This committee has taken numerous forms, both by [[Board]] action and by administrative order:<ul><li>Committee The projects of the Board</li><li>Independent this Committee</li><li>Sub-Committee of the [[Membership Committee|Membership Committee-of-the-Whole]]</li><li>Part of the Membership Committee's duties</li></ul>include:
The committee normally includes: <ul><li>The Chairman;</li> <li>Such members as he may choose to appoint, which may include representatives of the * [[Membership CommitteeBrand Style Guide]], * [[Justiciar GeneralMarketing Brochures]], [[Editor-in-Chief]], and others with programs to promote; and</li> <li>The * [[PresidentMembership Brochures]] and [[Headquarters Staff]] as ex officio members.</li></ul>
Other projects may be deployed as the [[Board of Directors|Board]] or the Chairman of the managing Committee dictate.
