* Assist Augustans and others with identification of or information regarding medals and decorations.
* Be prepared to receive and incorporate in the Society’s collection any medals, decorations, or insignia donated or bequeathed by Society members.
* Be prepared to receive and incorporate in Liaise with the Society’s collection any medals, decorations, or [[Chivalry Committee]] on matters concerning chivalric insignia donated or bequeathed by Society members.
* Conduct outreach to non-Augustan groups with similar mission sets (Orders and Medals Research Society, Orders and Medals Society of America) with the intent to collaborate on research.
