Note that Membership is not the same as Membership being a subscriber. While they are commonly coincident, it is quite possible to have one without the other. [[Member Privileges]] are set by the [[Eagle Council]] and apply only to Members in [[Good Standing]]. Only the latter entitles members to benefits.
[[Sponsored Members]] are those who are temporarily or permanently unable to afford their dues. They may be sponsored, subject to policies and budgets in force from time to time.
