[[Membership Privileges]] are set by the [[Eagle Council]] and apply only to Members in [[Good Standing]].
Rank within the Society is determined by the [[Warrant of Precedence]] which is largely set by the [[Eagle Council]], though sections applying to the [[Senior Sub-Groups]] are set by those organizations.
[[Sponsored Members]] are those who are temporarily or permanently unable to afford their dues. They may be sponsored, subject to policies and budgets in force from time to time.
