The Board will want to know the petitioner's reasons for dropping his membership and returning, and Consuls should obtain such data before the meeting. If the cause is "financial", no further details are required.
##If the Board rejects the petition, so notify the petitioner and refund all but the processing fee (presently $15).
##If the Board re-elects the petitioner to membership, proceed as follows:
