The [[By-Laws#ARTICLE V — OFFICERS|By-Laws]] of The Augustan Society, Inc., mandate that a '''Membership Book ''' be kept (§5.08e).
While the By-Laws assign responsibility for keeping the Membership Book to the [[Secretary]], for practical reasons this has been delegated to the [[Assistant Secretary]].
At present, the Membership Book exists as a data file. It can and will be printed or translated into a useful format upon any reasonable request.
