While the By-Laws assign responsibility for keeping the Membership Book to the [[Secretary]], for practical reasons this has been is normally delegated to the [[Assistant Secretary]].
The Membership Book is to be kept at the principal office of the corporation, and contain the name and address of each Member, and, in any case where membership has been terminated, the date on which the membership ceased.
At present, the Membership Book exists as a data file. It can and will be printed or translated into a useful format upon any reasonable request.
