* Perform all other duties incident to his office and such other duties as may be required by law or by the [[By-Laws]], or which may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors.
Except for Chief of the Order (of the Augustan Eagle), it is frowned upon for the President to hold other offices such as a committee chairman, dean, or Study Group [[Chairman|Study Group Coordinator]]. Membership in such groups is acceptable, but great care must be taken not to offend or overrule the sitting chairman while doing so.
