The Omnibus Editor should conduct occasional test, sending articles to more than one Proofreader, as a check on the quality of their work. This should especially be tried with new Proofreaders, but not to the extent it delays publication.
If Society volunteers do not provide enough Proofreaders, non-member consultants may be named, subject to the limits on such.
