Qualifying Orders for SDLKJ

The Procedure is this:
# The decision is made to review an Order by the Chairman, Committee, or [[Dean of the SDLKJ|Dean]].
# HQ staff is notified that a review is in progress; though this may take the form of an email to the Committee which normally copies Consuls.
# The Chairman may request supporting data from HQ, which will be forwarded to either the Chairman or the entire Committee, as directed.
# Upon distribution of the [[Minutes]] of the meeting, the Assistant Secretary will so inform the [[Assistant Webmaster for ENS]] (if one has been named, otherwise the [[Webmaster]] will be informed).
# The Assistant Secretary will add the ''fons honorum'' to the private list of ''fontes honorum'' currently recognized.
# The Assistant Secretary will send a letter of notification to the [[Dean of the SDLKJ|Dean]].
# The Assistant Webmaster (or Webmaster) will amend the relevant pages on the website to reflect the Board's decision.
