clarification of process
Responsibility for review of proposed recognition lies with the [[Royalty & Nobility Committee]], which has not yet established a procedure or petition forms for such. The procedure should be listed here once it has been agreed upon.
That said, the Committee will consider and vote on recommending recognition to the Board. Note that a favorable recommendation requires assent from a majority of the members of the Committee, less any who are obliged to recuse themselves. The number, but not the identity, of those assenting must be submitted to Headquarters.
