Headquarters Staff may, at their discretion, refer any such request to the Chivalry Committee if they have any doubt that recognition is approrpriate. There will be no fee for this referral, though the Chivalry Committee may create a petition form to be used.
Once it has been decided that recognition is apropriate, Headquarters Staff will create an entry into the membership roster and inform the petitioner, the appropriate [[Webmaster]], the [[Augustæum Editor|''Augustæum'' Editor]], and the Chivalry Committee Chairman , and the [[Board]] of the change in rank.
Should the requestor wish, a new Certificate of Recognition will be issued upon payment of a Certificate Fee.
