Once it has been decided that recognition is apropriate, Headquarters Staff will create an entry into the membership roster and inform the petitioner, the [[Webmaster]], the [[Augustæum Editor|''Augustæum'' Editor]], and the Chivalry Committee Chairman of the change in rank.
Should the petitioner wish, a new Certificate of Recognition will be issued upon payment of a Certificate Fee.
