The Committee will also forward any postnominals associated with the organization to the [[Webmaster]] for inclusion in the unofficial list of same.
The Board of Directors will vote on recognizing the organization, and if favorable the Assistant Secretary will so notify the [[Assistant Webmaster for ENS]] , who will add it to the online list.
[[Headquarters Staff]] will then send a Letter of Recognition to the original petitioner, with a copy to the [[Augustæum Editor|''Augustæum'' Editor]] for publication in the next available issue.
