# Create a [[Certificate of Membership]]of Membership, signed by the President and Secretary (presently done electronically), and affix the Corporate Seal.
# Create a Consuls' Welcome memo from the [[Consuls]], if that office still exists; else create a Welcome Memo and Checklist.
